K17027: Tai Chi Chuan – Wudang Style – Health and Joy through Dynamic Meditation

16.03.2017 - 19.03.2017

Course 3I with Anna Muck, Thay Phap An and sister Song Nghiem

Wu Dang Tai Chi is one of the oldest forms of Tai Chi. According to a legend Tai Chi was first conceived in the mountains of Wu Dang. Master Zhang San Feng, a Taoist monk, was strolling in the mountains, when he saw a fight between a snake and a crane. He was impressed by the agility of the snake and the speed of the crane - these aspects inspired his Tai Chi. Wu Dang Tai Chi has the energy of the Wu Dang mountains and is touched by the life of the old monks: free and spontaneous, light and floating.
When Tai Chi is practiced regularly it can improve our health. It also improves our overall well-being and increases liveliness.

Course language: English and German
