K2016-2: MEDITATION ON INNER WISDOM

16.04.2020 - 19.04.2020

Course 4F with Thay Phap An and Sr. Song Nghiem

In this course we will develop a deeper understanding of the meaning of life. We will give ourselves the opportunity to meditate by slowing down and enjoying each moment of our breathing and thus allowing the answer to find us. Guided meditations will help us to understand the meaning of ‘no birth, no death’. With the help of our experiences, we will learn to develop peace within us and discover new perspectives for our life.

Meditation is a wonderful path to nourish our inner clarity, reduce the destructive impact of stress and gather deep insights into our life. To regain our peace and stability, we will practice different forms of silent and more active, physical meditation. The Buddhist model of psychology will support us to look deeply at our mental activities and show us a positive path for creating our daily lives.
Being part of the community with the monks and nuns will support the participants in integrating meditation and the practice of mindfulness into their daily lives.
