Course 4F with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

Sometimes questions arise about the meaning and purpose of our lives. Does it have any meaning at all? What is the nature of birth and death? Our confusion results in fear, worry and separation.
In this course we will learn to stop, to develop inner clarity and a deep understanding of the meaning of our lives. We will give ourselves the opportunity to meditate by slowing down and enjoying every moment of our breathing so that the answer can find us.
Guided meditations will help us to understand the significance of no birth and no death. With the help of our experience we will learn to develop inner peace and to find a new perspective for our lives.
