Course 3J with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

After a six year search for happiness, the Buddha found his solution and passed it on to his disciples. However, his disciples understood and interpreted his teachings differently, and this caused Buddhism to develop in a range of different directions.
In this course we will enjoy discovering the different interpretations and the development of Buddhist thought.
We will learn about the path of the Buddha and his successors, how they achieved enlightenment from suffering and how they understood the meaning and purpose of life. And we can discover how, with the help of their teachings, we can cultivate happiness in everyday life, and avoid fear, worry, separation and confusion.
