There is a way of living differently. When we practice to be fully conscious of our breath we reach a state of deep relaxation. In this course we will examine the teachings of full consciousness of the breath, as they are explained in the Anapanasati Sutra. We will learn to view our current situation through the insights of the sutra by embracing, transforming and releasing our difficult emotions.
