What?
In Plum Village, one of our practice is to consolidate the 3 times,the past, the Present and the Future. 3 times interare, they need each other. Knowing this, we have a chance in this weekend to explore how to travel in these 3 times and find ways to heal our past in the present moment.

In this retreat we will focus on the essential Mindfulness practices of Plum Village that can be applied in our daily life.

Who?
Those who are 18 years old and above from any background, have aspiration in Practicing Mindfulness whether you are experienced practitioners or Beginners.

Vegan diet meals, 3 times a day are available
