In this retreat, we want to take time to dwell in nature.


We hike about 10 kilometers a day with plenty of forest and hills.


Quiet hiking in beautiful nature with an alert and attentive mind can bring inner peace and joy back to bloom.


In addition to physical exercise, there are also meditative exercises to stay in touch with ourselves and nature.


We always hike in silence and can mindfully talk to each other during breaks.


We return to the monastery before dinner.


At noon, we have a picnic in nature.


Please bring a hammock so we can dwell in the forest under the trees.


Also bring: lunch box, water bottle, hiking shoes, and rain gear


The retreat ends on Sunday before 14:00

This retreat will take place at the same time as “International Hiking Retreat”. We will have some activities together.
