The Buddha’s teaching is always concentrated on compassion and loving kindness. Whatever we try to achieve with mindfulness, it is based on a loving attitude towards ourselves and all sentient beings.
This retreat will focus on developing loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity in ourselves so that we can leave behind the suffering caused by loneliness and isolation and come to a deep sense of love and connectedness for ourselves, our family and all beings.
