What?
We want to live in such a way that our planet Earth can survive for a long time. Practicing mindfulness, concentration and insight, enables us to cultivate tolerance, non-discrimination, understanding, and compassion in ourselves and the world.

Self-doubt and self-criticism can happen in our lives but yet, life in the present moment has a lot of wonders to be found inside and around ourselves. Dwelling in the present moment may help us to recognize, embrace and transform our way of thinking so that what has been beautiful in us can shine out freshness and beauty, especially in young people.

We will focus on the essential Mindfulness practices of Plum Village that can be applied in our daily life which will offer you space and time to enjoy your life, to discover something special within, and find your true self that helps you to get in touch with happiness in the present moment.
