In this course we will learn the art of natural movements following a prescribed pattern of soft, flowing exercises, that are beneficial for the human body. During these movements Yin and Yang are in complete harmony. Body and mind are therefore able to release stress and tensions. Back pain might be alleviated and posture will be improved.
In addition to the physical Tai-Chi-exercises we will practice meditation and deep relaxation. This practice will stabilize our mental and physical health and lead to greater equanimity and joy in life.
