We are thinking too much in our everyday lives. Meditation helps us to be present with our body and our feelings. Simply being there and enjoying life is our goal for tis class. When we meditate joy will arise and also a sense of depth and connection with our daily work. We can plan for the future, but we can only act in the present. The present moment is the most important moment in our life.
Brother Phap Tri and Brother Nandyo come from two different Buddhist traditions. So this class presents an excellent opportunity to get to know the manifold teachings in Buddhism.
