Course 3I with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem


In this class we move in a meditative way towards the experience of mind and body relaxation. We will study these movements, and practise them many times to make them easier to remember.
Among the positive effects of Tai Chi are: stress relief, relief of anxiety and depression, improved mood, increased energy and perseverance, improved flexibility, and more. Tai Chi can also help improve our sleep, strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, increase the metabolism and prevent heart failure. The practice of Tai Chi improves our overall sense of well-being and vitality.

Sister Song Nghiem, Adorment with Parallel, was born in Vietnam. She received her PHD in chemistry from Darmstadt Technical University.
