K18081 : LET’S TALK AGAIN – Solving relationship problems through communication

05.07.2018 - 08.07.2018

Course 3I with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

Good personal relationships are essential for our happiness and health. Even in the best relationships we will be confronted with differing perspectives. When we respect each other in a relationship - whether we are partners, friends or colleagues – we don’t try to hide our differences. We take advantage of these differences and try to learn from them.
In this class we will practice deep listening with compassion and expressing ourselves in a caring way. The practice of pausing and deep looking will allow us to understand ourselves and those we are in conflict with. With the help of loving communication we can deepen our relationships instead of destroying them using accusations and criticism.
