K18137 : METHODS AND DIDACTICS OF QIGONG I, Workshop as part of our Qigong training

In this class we will focus on the teaching of Qi Gong, while we keep practicing and deepening different exercise sequences of the previous year.We will have time to discuss problems and questions that may arise during practice. Some of the themes could be: Which of the practices fit which areas of application? What are the best methods for teaching Qi Gong? How can I best prepare didactically? We break in small groups so participants may gather their first teaching experience by leading short practice sequences and supporting each other in their practice.

This Qi Gong class is also open to participants who don’t want to attend the complete series of Qi Gong trainings.
