Course with Brother Phap Cu
In this form of Tai Chi we learn to master the Chi and to transfer Chi onto the sword. We will practice the coordination of our hands and move with great attention to detail and precision. The sword form allows us to train our inner strength, ease and sensitivity. By cultivating these faculties we develop a new appreciation of our abilities, which in turn will help us learn new movements.
The Tai Chi practices will be accompanied by daily meditation and deep relaxation. These exercises stabilise our mental and physical health and lead to more balance and joy in life.
