K2414-3: LGBTQIA+ Retreat: At home with oneself, with the Sangha, with the world

04.04.2024 - 07.04.2024

Language: English!

We are happy to announce that, we will again be offering a retreat in the EIAB to everyone practising in the Plum Village tradition who identifies under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella.

During these days together, we wish to co-create spaces of mindful encounter, characterized by openness and loving kindness — spaces where we can open up, be visible and share ourselves with the Sangha. We want to support and encourage each other so we can share both our pain and our joy, and simply enjoy being together.

Carried by our shared practice of mindfulness, we, nourish and deepen our understanding, compassion, and our love for ourselves, our Sangha and all beings. We honour and celebrate both our own uniqueness and our commonconnectedness, recognizing the wondrous diversity of life.
With the deepening and strengthening of our spiritual path, we root further into the feeling of being at home with who we are in the here and now.

We assume that the participants are familiar with the practices of sitting, walking and eating meditation, stopping with the bell and Dharma Sharing.

If you have questions regarding the retreat, please contact us at Sanghatogether@yahoo.com
