Course 5B with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

In this course we will trace the Buddha’s search for a solution to the spiritual difficulties that confronted him in his time, and his path to enlightenment. We will examine the different spiritual movements of this period so that we can gain a deeper understanding of the nature of his enlightenment.
We will study the different models of consciousness that the Buddha offered for the purpose of transformation and healing, and which shaped the beginning of the development of Buddhist psychology.
Throughout the entire course sitting and walking meditation, and other exercises will help us gain a deeper understanding of his teachings.
