01.11.2018 - 04.11.2018
Course with Monika Brühl and Susanne Oechsner
In this course we practice meditations and methods of mindfulness that are helpful before and during the birthing process. It is part 1 of a 4-part-training.
During this weekend we will pay close attention to the three elements breath, sound and movement and experience their effect in the following exercises: perception of our breath during silence – gentle movement inside –singing of vocals.
These exercises promote and influence the natural birthing behaviour, strengthen spirit and body, allow an opening for inner powers that encourage yielding and devotion.
In the theoretical part of the course we explain how meditation and mindful movement effect the tension in our bodies, our nervous system, the release of hormones, oxygen supply and the delivery process.
This course is appropriate for pregnant women (parents) who want to prepare for birth.
