We will simply be together in mindfulness without trying to achieve a defined goal. We will encounter each other in a space that is filled with compassion and permits us to show our true faces, to show us the way we really are.
Exchange, guided meditations and periods of silence will be complemented with singing, painting and dancing.
Whatever you bring, whoever you are – you are welcome!

Jan-Michael Ehrhardt (True Practice of Harmony) practiced in the Intersein Center in Hohenau from 1998 to 2005. In 2001, he joined the Order of Interbeing.
