K1927-2 : LET’S TALK TO EACH OTHER AGAIN Communication as a way to solve relationship problems

04.07.2019 - 07.07.2019

Course 3I with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

Good personal relationships are of fundamental importance for our happiness and our health. Nonetheless, even in the best relationships people have different ways of seeing things. In a respectful relationship – be it a partnership, a friendship or at work – we don’t try to hide the differences. Rather, we use them to learn more about ourselves and others.
In this course we will learn to listen with compassion and to express ourselves in a loving way. The practice of stopping and looking deeply gives us a chance to understand both ourselves and the person we are in a conflict with better.
With the help of loving communication we can deepen our relationships instead of destroying them with blame and accusations.

Course language: English and German
