Hui Chun Gong is a form of Chinese movement- and breath-therapy Qi Gong. These practices greatly enhance the flow of energy and increase the body’s metabolism, and have an astounding effect on our general well-being. Regular practice can stimulate and regulate our endocrine system and blood circulation, strengthen our immune system and have a positive effect on our metabolic processes. Consequently, these exercises have a soothing effect on states of chronic weakness, menopause symptoms, pain in the musculoskeletal system and chronic diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems, weakness of the nervous system and can also help with weight loss.
