K18061 : CULTIVATING OUR RELATIONSHIPS Course 3I with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

In this class we will fine tune our skills of truly understanding our relationships with other people. We will practice to meet the other person with complete love and understanding. Important components of the class are the practice of deep listening and loving speech. We learn to listen without criticism and judgement relying on deep acceptance. We will use words that won’t hurt or judge, but heal and encourage hope. In this way we provide an opening for transformation.

Guided and still meditations help us realize when we are guided by kindness and love. This way we develop a fundamental understanding for living in harmony with others.
