K1945-1 : HEALING THE WOUNDS OF THE INNER CHILD

07.11.2019 - 10.11.2019

Course 4D with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

We all carry hurt and wounds from our childhood within us. Often we are not aware of the influence these have on our adult life, or we are aware of it but shy away from contact with old, painful feelings.
The practice of the inner child will help us establish mindful and loving contact with the difficult feelings of childhood. Instead of avoiding them, we will learn to lovingly transform them so that they no longer have a negative influence on our lives.
Of course, our inner child also stands for joy, playfulness and light-heartedness. And we also want to enjoy these aspects too during our weekend together.

Course language: English and German
