K18095: TOUCHING PEACE Movement – Touch– Mindfulness21.09.2018 - 23.09.2018
A course with Eyal Shani, Israel
When we are searching and longing for peace, it also means that we believe there is no peace in the present moment. This could lead us into our own prison: we are caught between conflicts, pain and suffering in our body, in our relationships with other people and with the world.
But where can we find our inner stability, our inner peace in the face of great challenges? How can we stay rooted in our body while we all carry so many emotions?
We will focus on our body with loving kindness in this retreat; we will use Tai Ji, Qi Gong, group discussions, meditation and communication games to deepen our understanding and extend our inner peace.
