K18122: METTA-MEDITATION –From Feeling Confined into the Wide Openness of the Heart

09.11.2018 - 11.11.2018

Course with Margret de Backere and Steffi Höltje

We all long for happiness and feeling connected. Yet we often suffer from the painful feeling of separateness and are caught in feelings of self-judgement and rejection. Our heart closes up and we feel fearful.
Metta - loving kindness - is the ability to face ourselves with unconditional respect and benevolence. When we practice the qualities of love, compassion and connection regularly –these qualities live within each of us –it will become easier to access them and our hearts will open wider.
We receive suggestions in this course how we may integrate metta meditation into our daily mindfulness practice at home.
