Course with Sister Bi Nghiem and Jacek Jung
In difficult situations we often tend to criticise and judge ourselves, while it might be much more helpful to extend tender loving care to ourselves during these moments. We will practice in this course to engage with ourselves gently especially when confronted with weaknesses and pain. We can learn to grant ourselves the dearly needed understanding and care, that allows us to find a home and a sense of security within ourselves.
Self-compassion includes schließt care for our human body. Once we gain insight how emotions effect our body and vice versa, we will learn to understand these effects more and more, use dedicated practices to strengthen the positive and reduce the bodily symptoms manifesting as a result of negative emotions.

Jacek Jung, certified relaxation teacher, has been a certified massage therapist for traditional Thai yoga massage, Thai foot reflex zone massage (Kloster Wat Po Schule in Bangkok) and traditional Chinese foot reflex zone massage since 2005. Sister Bi Nghiem, Adorment with compassion, was born and raised in Germany. She is a professional librarian and studied French and Italian literature in Montreal, Canada. She was ordained by Thich Nhat Hanh in 1998 and became a Dharma Teacher in 2006. Her special interest is interfaith dialogue....
