Course with Brother Phap Cu
In this form of Tai Chi we learn to master the Chi and to transfer Chi onto the fan. We will practice the coordination of our hands and move with great attention to detail and precision. Through the form of the fan we train inner strength, ease and sensitivity. By cultivating these faculties we develop a new perspective of our abilities. We also learn new movements.
In addition toTai Chi exercises we will practice daily meditation and deep relaxation. We will stabilise our physical and mental health, gain more balance and joy in life.
