Sometimes it seems as though our hearts are frozen. There is so much loneliness and we stay closed towards our friends, loved ones and the world. We live in our own world of thoughts and emotions.
The „three doors of liberation” are a deep teaching that helps to reopen our hearts. It shows us concrete approaches to liberation. This teaching belongs to the deep wisdom school of Mahayana Buddhism.
In this class we will practice different forms of meditation in order to refresh our body and our perception of the world surrounding us.
