In this course we will spend quite a bit of time in sitting meditation to get very calm: we will sit for meditation three times a day for 30 minutes: 30 minutes of sitting – walking slowly - 30 minutes of sitting. We will also practice an hour of walking mediation with the community every day.
We find bsck to ourselves during meditation, we find our inner home and refuge. It is healing to stay with our breath, our body and our feelings. We will simply observe everything with an open and loving spirit.
