In this class we will learn the art of natural movement by following a set sequence of soft, flowing exercises. The movements correspond with the human body. While practicing these movements our yin and yang are in complete harmony. Body and mind will be able to release stress and tensions, back pain and postural defects will be reduced. These Tai Chi practices will be complemented by daily meditation and deep relaxation. We will improve our mental and physical health, and reach a more balanced and joyful state in body and mind.
