K18074 : INSTRUCTIONS FOR HAPPINESS14.06.2018 - 17.06.2018
Course with Werner Heidenreich

After a short while the events/things that made us happy lose their attraction, and we are longing for something new, that will make us truly happy. We realise in this class that there is no objective happiness, it is simply our mind, which is responsible for the perception of happiness. Yet independent from external circumstances and independent from our internal states we can practice to reach a stable, happy consciousness.
