K2443-2: Coming Home to Our Roots24.10.2024 - 27.10.2024
This course is for young Vietnamese born and raised in the West. In this course we want to nourish our Vietnamese roots by connecting with friends who have had similar experiences to ours. Supported by the Sangha and mindfulness practice, we also want to practice with our challenges in navigating different cultures.
Together we will practice mindful walking, sitting, eating, listening and sharing to cultivate the energy of mindfulness and nourish ourselves.
In Dharma Sharing sessions, there will be an opportunity to share in English, German or Vietnamese. Knowledge of Vietnamese is not a prerequisite for this course.
