Course 3I with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem
In this class we move in a meditative way towards the goal of experiencing relaxation of our mind and our body. We study these movements in numerous repetitions, so we will be able to remember them.
Among the positive effects of Tai Chi we count: stress relief, relief of anxiety and depression, improved mood, increased energy and perseverance, improved flexibility, and more. Tai Chi can also help improve our sleep, strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, accelerate the metabolism and prevent heart failure. The practice of Tai Chi improves our overall well-being and vitality.
