Deadlines and duties of our professional and daily lives often lead us to neglect our deepest human needs. How do our body and mind cope with this?
How can we integrate mindfulness into our daily lives? Mindfulness offer us universal “tools" to watch, accept and transform the interplay of body and mind.
We will practice different kinds of relaxation and meditation exercises this weekend. These methods will activate our self-healing capacities and normalize the energy flow within the body.

Brother Phap Xa
Thay Phap Xa is a Dutch Monk, who ordained in Plum Village in February 2003.
He lives Waldbröl since July 2010. He studied and taught Mathematics and studied Chinese Medicine for a few years.
He offers courses on different topics, like mindful hiking, tea meditation and enjoys the beautiful nature around Waldbröl....
Jacek Jung
Jacek Jung, certified relaxation teacher, has been a certified massage therapist for traditional Thai yoga massage, Thai foot reflex zone massage (Kloster Wat Po Schule in Bangkok) and traditional Chinese foot reflex zone massage since 2005. He has been practicing with the EIAB Sangha since 2009....
