K1951-1: HEALING AND BEGINNING ANEW – Finding inner balance

19.12.2019 - 22.12.2019

Course 4N with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

We dream of living a happy life, but due to the blockages in our bodies and minds we continually encounter difficulties and obstacles. Our everyday life is full of stress and unexpected situations.
In this course we will take a look at the functions and activities of the different bodily systems: the nervous system, the endocrine and the immune system and their relationship to our health, to meditation and energy work. We will learn to clear up blockages, to heal ourselves, and to begin anew with life thanks to the practices of mindful eating and various forms of still and dynamic meditation.
The energy of renewal within us will help us to learn ways to heal our relationships with others and to find a balanced and peaceful life. We will learn to prepare ourselves for the difficulties that lie ahead and to renew our energy for the coming year by learning to stop, and develop inner clarity and a deeper understanding of the meaning of our life. We will slow down and enjoy every breath to allow the answers to find us.
The teachings of the Buddha will help us to look deeply into our thought patterns, to cultivate the energy of love and to open our hearts to the joy of being together. Still and dynamic meditations combined with deep relaxation will be offered as tools for integral transformation and renewal. We will find release from physical pains and blockages and experience our lives as happy and joyful.
