Course 5B with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem
Meditation is a wonderful way to nourish inner clarity and decrease the negative effects of stress. In order to reestablish our peace and stability, we will practice a number of different forms of still meditation as well as meditative movements. We will use the model of Buddhist psychology for looking deeply into our mental activities, to understand the roots of our confusion and to find a positive way of living our daily lives.
Mindfulness practice with others and with the support of our EIAB community will help participants to integrate meditation practice into their everyday lives.
