Course mit Thay Phap An und Sr. Song Nghiem

We all dream of living a happy life, but we frequently feel overwhelmed by the many activities and responsibilities of our lives. Over and again we find ourselves confronted with stress, problems and obstacles, which lead to blockages in body and mind. In this course we will take time for us, to return to ourselves and embrace ourselves with love and understanding. We will learn to slow down and cultivate the energy of mindfulness, and find joy in the practice of deep relaxation and other forms of meditation. We will learn to release the blockages within, to heal ourselves and to begin anew with our life by integrating mindful meditation into our everyday lives.
The teachings of Buddhist psychology will help us to look deeply into our thought patterns, to cultivate the energy of love and to open our hearts to the joy of being together. Still and dynamic meditations will be offered as tools for integral transformation and renewal.
We will find release from physical pains and blockages and experience our lives as happy and joyful.
With the energy of renewal within us we will also learn ways to heal our relationships with others and to find a balanced and peaceful life.
