K18057 : Mindfulness with Animals

10.05.2018 - 13.05.2018

Course with Annabelle Zinser, Marco Stromberg and Uli Pfeifer-Schaupp

Animals are our brothers and sisters. We want to share the great joy they bring to our lives when we spend time together, but also open our hearts to their suffering. We will practice sitting meditation, walking-meditation and touching the earth with Marco’s and Alex‘animals on the pasture. We will also share our experience with animals in a Dharma exchange. We will seek out ways to strengthen our connection with animals at home and to work for their benefit in our communities.

Please bring: Rubber boots, rain and sun protection, rainproof clothing and cushion to sit (mat, cushion, stool) for sitting outdoors.

Language: German

The instructor kindly asks for a donation; see p. XXXXX.
