In this practice-oriented introductory workshop we study the basic concepts of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
This model is very helpful to practice mindful speaking and listening, while keeping a kind, caring composure even in difficult situations. True understanding is the prerequisite for finding solutions that benefit all participants/parties.
We will practice using real life examples from our everyday lives to solve conflicts in clear and respectful ways.
