Please do not transfer the course fee until the week the course starts. We will inform you in time if a course cannot take place.
A course with Sr. Thang Nghiem und Br. Phap Tri
In this course we will spend a lot of time in sitting meditation to help us calm down. We will meditate three times a day: 30 minutes sitting – slow walking – a further 30 minutes sitting.
In addition, we will practice walking meditation every day for one hour together with the community and also eat together in silence at mealtimes.
In meditation we return to ourselves, to our inner home. It is very healing to remain with our body and our feelings. We observe everything that is with an open and loving mind – then we reach a state of deep peace from which understanding and insight can blossom.
