K18083 : PAUSE AND BECOME STILL Introduction to Sitting, Walking, Lying and Movement Meditations
05.07.2018 - 08.07.2018

Our practice relies on various forms which provide alternatives for different mental states, different abilities and conditions in our everyday lives. Our practice of finding stillness and quiet moments needs alternatives to suit different needs.
