K18078 : BONE MARROW - WASHING- QIGONG (Xi Sui Jing)

27.06.2018 - 01.07.2018

Course with Master Zhang Xiao Ping

Bone marrow washing was developed by the great Master Bodhidharma more than 1000 years ago after years of meditation. Bone marrow washing is a highly developed form of Qigong and is used to support many different healing processes.

Qigong exercises have a positive effect on bones and bone marrow. They regulate YIN and YANG and strengthen our Qi (Life force) energy; the whole process will affect organs and organ-systems, energy- and blood circulation and the immune system in a positive way.

The combination of movement, breathing and meditation supports and improves almost all functions of our body systems. Body and mind find it easier to relax, feel stronger, more balanced and resilient.

Xi Sui Jing consists of three parts:
Sitting practices - Activation of energy; stretching of meridian lines, stretching of muscles, tendons and fascias.
Practices while lying down - Qi regulation.
Practices while sitting - concentration, clear mind, mindfulness practices

After our meditations we will also practice while walking: practicing a very specific gate will intensify the effects of Xi Sui Jing Qigong.
Language: German

For this class we will collect additional fees for Master Zhang Xiao Ping’s professional fees.
