Being mindful means that we truly behold the present moment with all it entails. We will practice mindfulness in this course by focussing on special mindfulness exercises: working with our breath, practicing relaxation as well as different forms of meditation and awareness exercises, yoga and tai chi. With the help of these practices we can alleviate physical and psychological symptoms of stress and discomfort.
