In this course we will focus on mindfulness in sports and how it can help in optimising our potential. In professional sports it is crucial for the practitioner to be able to focus body as well as mind on the essential. Athletes also rely on the ability to block out everything that is not essential for the task at hand. We will practice these skills. We will introduce a variety exercises that you can take home with you to have more fun and develop a greater potential when practising sports.

Jörg Dierkes is a qualified psychologist, whose special interest is hypnosis therapy, which he offers in his own private practice and teaches on courses.
