In this course we will learn and practice the 10 mindful movements as developed, taught and often practiced by Thich Nhat Hanh.
These movements may appear simple, but it is not so easy to do them correctly. We will practice.
Meditation is important, but movement and sport is also important for body and mind. This is why our Zen Master practised these movements daily and would like us to follow his example.
It is important to coordinate our movements with our breathing, and in this way to connect with the entire cosmos. This helps us to strengthen our mindfulness and improve our health.
