This course is for beginners as well as those with experience of calligraphy. We will take our first steps in the art of mindful writing and/or develop our calligraphic skills further.
This is a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness. In addition to calligraphy we will practice meditation, relaxation exercises and Tai Chi.

Course language: English with translation into German
