K18099: THE JOY OF WALKING MEDITATION
27.09.2018 - 30.09.2018
Course with Thomas Barth
Longer walking meditations in nature belong to the most beautiful forms of practice. Not only do they offer the opportunity to practice mindfulness and meditative depth, but they also help to open our hearts for the miracles of creation and allow us to accept their healing and nourishing influences. During group exchanges and Dharma-talks we will focus on the question how to bring more stillness, equanimity and joy into our everyday life.
Please bring appropriate clothing and shoes, so we may also enjoy nature walks when it rains. Ideally participants should bring something to sit on for resting when we are outside. We will walk very slowly and the paths are easy. We will spend time in walking meditation for three hours daily.
