Stress, fear and worries have become normal standards in our society. Can we find a way out of the storms in our lives that leads back to peace?
There is a way of living differently. Practicing with our breath leads to a state of deep relaxation. In this class we will study the teachings of the effect of full consciousness on the breath which are explained in the Anapanasati Sutra.
We will learn apply the teachings of the Sutra to our present situation, by embracing, transforming and letting go of difficult emotions. We will do breathing exercises, as well as walking- and sitting meditations to improve our health and to help unfold the full potential of our energies.
