In this form of Tai Chi we learn to govern the Chi while transferring it onto the sword. We practice working precisely with both hands and guide their movements in a more refined and exact manner. The form of the sword helps to garner inner strength, lightness and sensibility. We strengthen these aspects and gain a new understanding of our abilities. In this way we learn new movements.
Tai-Chi-exercises will be supported by daily meditation and deep relaxation. These practices stabilize our emotional and physical health and lead to more equanimity and joy in life.
