K18011: MINDFULNESS IN COMMUNICATION26.01.2018 - 28.01.2018
Course with Werner Heidenreich
As we speak we normally pay attention to the content of what we are communicating about. During this weekend we will get to know "Mindfulness bells" to help us pay closer attention to the communication process. We will look closely at mindfulness during speaking and listening. We develop empathy for ourselves and our communication partners as we communicate more slowly. As we stay closely focused on mindfulness we increase our awareness for arising needs and emotions. We will react openly towards conflicts and crises and develop a higher, more compassionate way of understanding.
